How to get a STUDENT PERMIT?

a) Must be at least seventeen (17) years old

b) Must be physically and mentally fit to operate or drive a motor vehicle

c) Must be able to read and write in FILIPINO or ENGLISH

d) Must drive a private vehicle only

e) Valid only for ONE YEAR

f) Convertible to NON-PROFESSIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE after 30 days from date of issue.

g) Must be a holder of THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE CERTIFICATE to be issue by the ACCREDITED DRIVING SCHOOL.
